Investment Officers
We are seeking serious financial professionals with the demonstrated ability to acquire clients and earn the right to serve as their Chief Investment Officer (IO). Selected individuals will be trained to function as an IO with the support of our fully staffed investment department. Our IOs establish investment policy, implement custom investment plans, monitor manager conduct and communicate regularly with their clients on the progress of each investment program.

The IO will focus on prospecting and developing new clients for Hirtle Callaghan, concentrating his/her efforts regionally. The IO will identify, screen, contact and cultivate client relationships with both high net worth private clients (individuals and family groups) and institutional clients (foundations, endowments and pension funds). The IO will work with existing Hirtle Callaghan professionals to manage new client relationships.

Analysts
We are seeking serious financial professionals with the ability to develop into a Chief Investment Officer (CIO). Selected individuals train to function as a CIO with the support of our fully staffed investment department. Qualified candidates should have at least three years of experience in brokerage, private banking, investment management marketing, investment consulting or accounting. In addition, strong communication and presentation skills, teamwork and intellectual curiosity are critical to success.

Administrative Professionals
We are seeking dedicated administrative professionals who enjoy interacting with clients and investment professionals. A background in investments, taxation, accounting or operational systems is an advantage, as is experience with trusts, foundations, limited partnerships and retirement plans. Qualified individuals should possess experience in brokerage, banking, investment management, or accounting. In addition, strong attention to detail, teamwork and intellectual curiosity are critical to success.

Corporate
We are seeking skilled individuals to support our corporate initiatives. These opportunities in Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology and Office Administration are critical to the continued growth and success of Hirtle, Callaghan & Co.. Qualified candidates must have demonstrated expertise in their respective discipline.
