&lt;p&gt;The Compliance Manager will support the Chief Compliance Officer, having primary responsibility for supporting&amp;nbsp;Hirtle Callaghan's compliance program. The role requires a strong understanding of compliance and operational issues, changing laws and regulations, and developing risk areas.&amp;nbsp; The role must be able to work independently and interact with senior level specialist managers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Administration of the Hirtle Callaghan's compliance program including:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work closely with the compliance team on regulatory and compliance matters&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain and enhance Hirtle Callaghan's policies and procedure manual&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct internal control reviews and forensic testing as part of 206(4)-7 requirements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Administer compliance and operational reviews of the Hirtle Callaghan Liquid, Private Equity and Hedge Specialist Managers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Comprehensive understanding of operational and compliance components of registered investment advisers as well as Liquid and Hedge Fund Specialist Managers (private equity a plus), including trading, valuation, settlements, and regulatory mandates (code of ethics, disaster recovery, etc.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of the organization as well as senior management of Specialist Managers;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Responsible for researching developments in compliance and operational best practices, changes in laws and regulations and identifying new risk areas of the Specialist Managers;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Individual must be able to think critically and analytically and be able to identify potential compliance or operational issues;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;5-7 years compliance experience &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience either internally at an Investment Advisor or Hedge Fund. Alternatively, a candidate that has worked in consulting or multiple areas of an Administrator, and therefore broad experience, may be successful.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Required - strong Microsoft Office suite skills.&lt;/li&gt;
